4 Month Checkup

I can't believe our baby boy is four months already!!! It seems like just a few short weeks ago I was pregnant (i guess 18 weeks ago isn't that far back)!!! We went to see Dr. Goebel for a checkup this Monday. Here are his stats...Weight 13 lbs 1 oz (more than double his birth weight!) which puts him in the 50th percentile; Length 25 inches, 50th percentile; and Head Circumference 39 1/4, which only puts him in the 5th percentile, but it'll catch up with the rest of him soon. He got a couple of vaccines again and did really well. His developmental range is between 4 1/2 and 6 1/2 months...He's so smart!!! His newest trick is that he has found his feet! Mario has even caught him putting his toes in his mouth! He "talks" all the time now; He loves to hear himself. And he is just so happy all the time. This is what I get to see every time he wakes up in the morning....

Anthony Goes Swimming

Here's Anthony's first time in a swimming pool!!! He wouldn't look at the camera!!! He was too preoccupied with all the new sights, feelings and sounds. We went over to the Brower's home....Sarah B. is kindly sharing her swimming pool every Tuesday in the late morning, so we'll probably be visiting quite often! You can't really tell, but Anthony's little swim trunks have sharks and manta rays on them--so cute!!! What a big boy he is now!!! I tried to get a picture of him floating on a lily pad raft, but my camera died...I'll try again next week!!!

4th of July Buddies

We had alot of fun on the fourth! Our community group had a get together at the Kims' house, and boy was it huge!!! Tons of people were there. Many in our group invited extra people, so we were busting at the seams! We grilled out, and there were water games for the bigger kids in the backyard. Mario and I even stunted as the day wound down (just to see if we still could do it)...too bad we didn't get a picture of that--we did really good! Actually, Mario and I didn't get any pics of us together! :(

Here is Anthony with his buddy Brody (Jenn's little boy). Anthony is only 10 days older than Brody, and yes, that's drool all over his shirt! Both kiddos were showing their patriotic sides in red, white, and blue!

In this picture, we have Evan (Carly's little boy) "holding" Anthony and Brody. Evan is 2. Carly is one of the nurses I work with at the doctor's office. Doesn't everyone look cozy and comfy!!! Haha!

Here's a cute pic of me and Jenn. Jenn also works at the office...she's a medical assistant, but one day she may go back to school for her nursing license.

Colorado Family Vacation

Here we are on our family vacation with the Bellican family...Anthony's first real vacation. We spent most of our time in Breckenridge, Colorado. The mountains were beautiful--they still had snow on the peaks. We went white water rafting, horseback riding, and hiking. Anthony got loved on by his Meme and Papa and all of his aunts and uncles as well as Nana and Meme#2 (Peggy and Delle). What a blast! Here are some pics of the week...
